Omar Havana is a Spanish freelance photojournalist, currently based in Paris, France. He has worked in Spain, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Libya, Egypt, Greece, Nepal and Cambodia. Havana’s photographs have been published in numerous international publications, including the New York Times, Time, National Geographic, the Washington Post, The Guardian, Paris Match, and The Atlantic, among many others. He has worked with the International Labour Organisation, International Medical Corps, Doctors without Borders, WaterAid Nepal, UNICEF, and the Cambodian Center for Human Rights among many others. In 2016, FotoEvidence published his first book Endurance, a tribute to the people of Nepal after the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that devastated the country in 2015.
