Grégoire Korganow, born in France, is a graduate of decorative arts from Estienne in Paris. In 1991, he embarked on a career in photography collaborating with various international publications such as the New York Times, Géo, Libération, Marie-Claire, among others. Personal works funded by cultural institutions and foundations are his current focus. His photography has been exhibited internationally at Les Rencontres d’Arles, Visa pour l’Image, MEP Paris, Triennale (Milan, Italy), and Three Shadows (Beijing, China). His works are the result of a process of utopia and removal of all non-essential elements, seeking for an unspoken reality or a buried intimacy. (Photo shot in La Paz, Bolivia, 2004.
